Machining Capabilities
S.A.Technology’s machine shop continually expands to keep up with the requirements our projects have demanded. This has resulted in a variety of precision, high quality machines and a staff of talented machinists capable of producing both complicated one-off parts and managing high volume production runs. The machine shop routinely finishes parts to .0005-inch tolerance, with higher precision-grinding capabilities available if required. S.A.Technology’s developed machine shop is a nuclear-and defense-quality shop. It is here to ensure quality products while providing this same high-quality machining service to our clients all along the Front Range.
Fabrication Capabilities
The S.A.Technology fabrication shop has been a key factor in our success. S.A.Technology has purposely located the fabrication shop in close proximity to the design staff to ensure that we deliver a successful product, not just an innovative design. The members of the skilled fabrication staff are trained in multiple disciplines, thereby allowing for teamwork and increased efficiencies. The S.A.Technology fabrication shop includes flex areas, which allow the shop to grow and adapt as projects’ requirements develop. We have over 25,000 square feet, two 5-ton cranes and all the necessary equipment to make up a quality NQA-1 nuclear fabrication shop, S.A.Technology prides itself on the ability to deliver fast-track project solutions. Our fabrication capabilities allow us to deliver quality products and service to our clients on short or accelerated timelines.
